I know a lot of people who travel for work (including me) and it sucks because it throws off your whole week. You're unable to meal prep or do your weekly routine at the gym. A majority of the hotels I've been to have a gym, but they're usually lacking equipment. Sometimes we just have to make do with what we've got! Below is a list of some workouts you can basically do anywhere if your hotel gym has next to nothing, equipment wise.
Run: All you need are running shoes. Just make sure the area you're running at is safe!
Squats: You can squat anywhere! If your hotel gym has no barbell, but they have kettlebells or dumbbells, use them for added weight.
Lunges: Same thing as squats. Use dumbbells or a kettlebell for added weight.
Burpees: Burpees suck but they're a great full body work out.
Sit-ups: Work your core!!
Push-ups: Your upper body will thank you later.
Planks: For those trying to get rid of some flab (like me!).
Jumping jacks: Another great full body workout!
High-knees: These will definitely get your blood pumping. 
Jumping Squats: Gives you some good cardio plus it works out your butt.
Jumping lunges: same as the jumping squats!
Create a combinations of these and go to work! You can combine 3-5 of any of those above and do 5 rounds of 10 reps.. EACH. 
For example:
10 Squats
10 Burpees
10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups
10 (30 sec) Planks 
Repeat this 5 times!
Or you can alternate movements every minute. 
For example:
1st minute: Push-Ups
2nd minute: Jumping-Jacks
3rd minute: Squats
Repeat for 15 minutes!
Be creative and incorporate movements for every part of your body for a full body workout!
